The staff at Chicken Licken Booysens have no concern whatsoever for making any customer experience acceptable let alone pleasing. They are rude and lack any kind of people skills that are necessary to maintain customers. I got shunted around by windows at the drive through because it seems to be a huge effort to inform customers as to policies they have about the separate drive-through menu and instead was informed to order from the next window and when arrived was then told to park and purchase from inside. Given my busy schedule, & the reason for the use of the drive through, I complained to the manager who also lacks any kind of customer appeal and was rude. The staff then unclipped my side mirror of my bakkie when i did go inside to lodge a complaint. Needless to say this was all a simple affair which could have been handled with tact and customer relations in mind but instead was escalated by the staff & manager even further which is unacceptable. Why inform me that i can proceed to order and then be informed that I have to park and order inside when i eventually arrive at the order window is beyond me, and a waste of my time. Lack of diligence & care for clients & their job!
