On Monday evening the 21st I went to Nandos Nothmead at around 18:15 through the drive through. When I got there, there were two cars ahead of me. It took the first car about 5 minutes to leave the first window (to place an order). When it got to the car in front of me we waited about 30 minutes just to place an order! Finally got to the window I asked the lady why it was so slow, she replied with "oh, thee computerrrrr". Now, my question with regards to this is, why is there no contingency plan in place when your system crashes? Ok, so got to the pick up window and still had to wait another 10 min for them to finish packing the order! This is not the first time I've had to wait ages. And it often happens when it's not so busy! Maybe if the staff members (who were busy eating in the restaurant - yes, when you drive through the drive thru you can see everything that goes on inside) assisted it might have gone a bit quicker? Just asking...
