Ive just about had it with this kfc and they're breakfast service!! I do not know why they have a drive through if the wait is 15 to 20 minutes.
This morning when I got there 7:45am the guy just started taking out the breakfast menu's??? I mean don't you people serve breakfast from 6:30??? And he had an attitude ontop of that when I asked him why the breakfast menu are only being put up now (took picture with time and the happenings). And as per usual with this kfc, the first window where you place your order are ALWAYS closed breakfast time. They're excuse today was that "there's no float in that cash register" what the does that have to do with me? Get the float in there. Other times I was told they are short of staff??? That's not my problem either (have pic of empty order room as well). This is a problem as it causes a major delay. We have to order at the pick up window and then u have to wait at the window as well.. There are always about 4-5 cars backing up because of your pathetic service. We go through drive thru because its supposed to be convenient and as we are all working people you are forever causing as to be late.
