Slow service and bad attitude

On the 13th of December 2013 I went to KFC isandovale to get breakfast. I went through the drive through.
There were 3 cars in front of me I place the order at 07.12 I left there at 07.30.

I found this ridiculous as it is a drive through and you do not expect to spend so much time there. But what was more shocking was that when I finally made it through and I asked the guy at the window what took so long since there were only 3 cars in front of me he said I do not understand how things work there not even a simple "sorry for the delay" and gave me my cold cappuccino.

I phoned the manager who said he will look in to the matter and call me back. Up until this day he did not call back and he also did not apologise for the long wait. It would be nice if you could send the staff on a customer service course as they have no clue how to deal with customers and kindly make sure the manager is in the front row.

I am very disappointed as this KFC is on my way to work and I normally pop in to get breakfast but I have opted for McDonalds which is across the road they don't have as much variety on breakfast but their cappuccino is hot, the staff attitude is alright&u don't wait so long.
