I live nearby the Amalinda KFC and have been there on numerous occassions only to be told what we want to order it is not in stock, whether it be sweet chilli twisters, icecream, Krushers, etc. There are always stickers stuck all over the menu board informing you of everything that is not in stock.
Last night I arrived at the KFC at about 7pm where there were two cars in front of me at the drive through but it was a further 20 minutes before I received my order. The car in the front waited a full 12 minutes to receive an icecream in a cup. The next car was given a box of chicken that was the incorrect order so that had to be sorted out and by the time I got to the window to receive my order, a full 20 minutes had gone by. This is a drive through and a fast food service however it takes 12 minutes to put ice cream in a cup. No apology was given by the attendant at the window either and none of the staff members are ever friendly or helpful.
