I don't know who came up with this stupid idea having a staff-member stand outside to take your order. Basically, you place your order with the staff-member standing outside, then both of you go to the order window. You then have to repeat your order to the staff-member standing outside agian, and she will repeat the order to the person working at the order window. What is the purpose of this?? I don't see any benefit of this?? It only frustrates customers having to repeat their orders to different people. And don't you dare drive up to the order window before placing your order with the staff member outside first, you get a stink eye from both of them...
