On Saturday 6 July at about 4:30pm I placed an order at the drive-thru window, the lady taking the orders was very friendly and pleasant but when I drove around the the window to collect my order, the person there was so rude. I had asked for Coke Zero, but when I got to the window I saw Coke Light had been put out. I asked her to please change them to the correct drink. I got a huge sigh and an eye roll in return. I then asked her please to check if there were center breasts in the 8 piece box of chicken I had ordered, if looks could kill!!! She turned to the box but i am 100% certain she didn't check and she had a lot to say to her co-workers about me because they all turned to look. I then pretty much had the order tossed out at me and not acknowledged again. I really don't think I was asking a lot. I am also in the service industry and was on my way home from work and I wont stand for rudeness and bad service when I am the paying customer. 1 rude staff member can reflect badly on the rest of the staff. Unfortunately i didn't see the name of the rude staff member but she was serving at the drive-thru window on the above mentioned date and time.
