Over a week and no feedback on refund

On the 25th of may my bank statement showed that i had been charged double the previous day when the card machine had a paper jam. The amount was re-entered and got printed. I went back to the branch on the 30th with my bank statement which clearly shows the counter machine number and my personal information. I left my contact details and email to which the lady promised to contact me on the next day with feedback from the main branch. I havent recieved a call yet! Service has been terrible lately with most my orders being made incorrect. Its pointless to complain about that but i rather now drive a few more minutes to a further branch to get a decent service. Please may someone get back to me with whats happening to the query raised. I shouldnt have to chase after you guys!
