NO FEED BACK AND PERSONAL DETAILS NOT CHANGED

I called customer service dept on the 1st of Oct 2013 reporting my stuck card form the ATM machine, few minutes after reporting i recieved as sms for withdrawal form my card at another atm nearby. i called dept and they promised to call me after seven days which they never did and i called them twice and i was told to wait they will call me, until today i have not yet recieved any callfrom them, or my money that was . i believe your machines were manufactured to protect us and not to allow the crimininals to do what they want on them.

second one, i went to the branch twice at Lambton to change my work email address to my personal email address to recieve all my statements there and called your customer service as well to do that, nothing has been done as yet and agin last week i recieved the statement from my work email address. There is a reason why i want the email address to b e changed.

third one, i have never received my statement for my credit for almost four months now, i dont know what is the problem. not from the post and from the email. thanks
