I recently ordered a delivery from Debonairs in Vorna Valley and paid with my card over the phone. A few weeks later i checked my bank statement and saw I had been charged twice. I called the branch, the head office and sent an email voicing my concerns and that i would like the amount refunded. I was contacted by the branch who could give me no explanation and that it was definitely not a mistake on thier side and asked to send my bank statement which I happily did. I was then contacted again to be told that I was wrong, my bank statement was wrong and that I needed to sort it out with my bank??? I called my bank who confirmed that the money was definitely taken twice from Debonairs on the day. I have tried to call and sent emails asking for an explanation but have never heard anything back.
It is a pity, since Sunday nights has been pizza night from Debonairs for years. No more!!
