Wimpy - Enjoy every moment while we argue

I went into the Wimpy August 12th, my bill came and I went over to pay and there was a problem with the machine yet it looked like no one knew what they were doing!! Besides waiting over 15 minutes just to pay they were arguing whether there was maybe no paper in the machine... whether it was the "network" whilst lifting the card machine up in order to find signal from to the moon... When the lady at the till asked one of the other ladies to help, she replied "she needs to stop asking for help, she has enough to do" that infront of a customer. However after swiping numerous occasions, yet NO paper coming out and trying again... and after asking SEVERAL times whether the debit order had gone through twice I was told it didn't, I just happen to check my bank account and it showed on my statement TWICE debited. I emailed on the 21st of August to complain and request my money back and get a reply from Diane Sadie asking which branch I visited and she will forward to the franchise manager to sort it out... Get a mail from Gert Vos "I really do apologise for the poor treatment and feedback you received, and I immediately attend to this personally" It's now the 30th of August...
