UNABLE TO RECEIVE LOAN STATEMENT

I have sent Standard Bank many secure messages online, asking for a statement regarding my personal loan. No one has ever gotten back to me. So I have been phoning Standard Bank this morning. I have spent over an hour on the phone trying to get someone to help me.

When I finally was put through to the loan department, I was told by Adolf, that they don't have access to email. So they cannot email a statement. He instructed I must ALWAYS go to a branch. I cannot get any statements via email.
I will always have to drive through to a branch, and pay for a printed statement.

All I want is a statement emailed to me with all the amounts paid to date and the outstanding amount.

I have not received ONE statement since the loan started.

I find this totally unacceptable and want someone to contact me urgently regarding this.
