This call was initially logged to show my disappointment in Nedbank's regarding the manner in which they handled my Nedbank Home Loan account. They responded and allocated my case to Charmaine Rajoo who, made sure that my issues were addressed and expetations were met. Thank you so very much for all the *follow ups* it did not go unnoticed. Another person worth mentioning is Kethleen Pillay at Siyeza contact centre, I am very pleased with the service she offered me while helping me with my re-advance. *This is called*Customer retention!!
