Deductions not taking place on time

My personal loan is suppose to be debited on the 1st of each month. Nedbank debited my account on the 1st of December, then again the 13th December. The second debit then bounced. I am in the process of applying for a home loan and due to this incompetence of Nedbank, the bank is now questioning my status as a home loan applicant. I NEED AN APOLOGY LETTER FROM NEDBANK WITHIN 48 HOURS TO SHOW THAT YOU ARE THE INCOMPETENT PEOPLE. this WILL BE BLASTED ON EVERY SOCIAL MEDIA WEBSITE AS WELL AS THE ARGUS ACTION IF I DONT GET FEEDBACK. I ALSO NEED A SENIOR MANAGER TO CALL AS I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH SUCH SERVICE. yOU PROCLAIM TO BE ONE OF THE TOP BANKS, BUT YOU SHOW THAT YOU BELONG IN GARAGE AND THAT YOUR MONEY IS BETTER HANDLED UNDER A MATTRESS.
