I have logged a complaint because of a transaction that did not go through, and Nedbank is not willing to sort it out with the service provider that they have links with.
Nedbank was the problem to start with, now they reckon they have sent through the transaction but since it has not come through to my phone, I need to follow it up with Vodacom.
Since Nedbank was the initial problem, I feel they have to follow it up and their complaints department are adamant it is not their problem.
I asked the manager to call me, and I got the call from the person who feels it is not for Nedbank to provide the service in the first place. After 2 months, the call I logged had not been closed so the issue is not resolved.
Nedbank is not serious about me as a customer, and they are not accepting responsibility for their lack of service
