I recently used this platform to highlight my frustrations regard the poor service i experience with my insurance company who i held in high regard but was sadly disappointed with the low level of service delivery. these guys rose to the challenge and rectified this and deliveried to my expectation. i would like to compliment them on doing good and delivering as promised. they settled my claim and paid out within the same day of my report. i remain a loyal customer and hope they will continue to impress.
