THEY DNT DO IT MIWAY, THEY DNT DO IT AT ALL

There was an accident with 2 cars that I have on my policy and I call miway to be put through to a line serviced by autopage or some other group and select option 2 and it goes back to miway and I option 1 and it takes me back to the other company and I select option 4 and I'm back at miway and they say if the car is drivable I must select 2 and if I want them to call me back I select 2. They called me back 2 days later. I call again and the same procedure and 17:42min after holding on my cellphone someone answers and says they'll call me back cause the car is drivable. They call back 4 hours later and capture my claim and ask me to send photo's to [Email Removed] . I must have sent 11 times and they call and say they haven't received them. I sent to Louise Stoltz and [Email Removed] and still no help. The accident occurred on the 16th April and I reported it then and till today I have no clue what's going on.

I'm extremely disappointed in the service I'm receiving thus far considering that I am a paying customer. The last thing a client needs when they trying to get their car fixed is lack of cooperation by their insurance.

And your call centre needs MAJOR upgrade
