I lodged a claim on the 25/09/2013 with Miway and took my car for assessment on 02/10/2013.I have not received any follow up call from Thulisile Msibi from Miway as promised and also have not received any call back from Miway to make arrangement for rental car services as I have that option on my policy. Miway please give me one solid reason why should I still stay with you guys. These is way out of line. I've never had any smooth ride with you guys 'Miway"
