On the 09/14/2013 i posted a complaint about the lack of service or rather no service recieved from Standard Bank regarding my claim, and was contacted by samatha ramisure on the 15/04/2013 assuring me of her assistance regaring my complaint. Two weeks later and im still waiting for her to call me back to provide any feedback or assistance regarding my claim. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of service from a reputable company such as SB.I had a break in at my property on the 22/03/2013 and till today my claim has not been attended too, 6 weeks later.
i am very disappointed, and will be sure to inform others of the pathetic service recieved from standard bank.
