I tried to call numerous time to try and make a claim for scratch and dent insurance.
i always get tranfered from operator to operator. I also tried many times requesting a call back
via miways website. i don't ever get a call back. When i did get through to them, they promised to call me back the next day at 8:30am. i haven't received a call back. right now i feel like cancelling my insurance policy with miway due to bad customer services.
