On Thursday evening I was in an accident. My car is a write off. Friday afternoon, while I was trying to get hold of MiWay, my cell rang, it was Miway. Firstly, I have never had an insurance company call me to follow up. Secondly, JP asked me if I was ok. It is Wednesday and everything is basically sorted. And I haven't had to make one follow up call or email. JP and MiWay always contacted me first and have kept me posted. Thank you MiWay, I may have even convinced some friends to to MiWay :)
