Almost a week, and no Assesor or call back

After driving through a pothole, I lost 2 tyres and rims on my car last week. I followed all the necessary steps to register a claim. My car is now at the panel beater awaiting the insurance's assessor. However, this person still hasn't showed up. All my calls to follow up, and request that the assessor please come and inspect my car, has been met with "the call centre is experiencing high call volumes, and will call you back asap". This has been happening since Friday! Funny, how easily the call centre picks up once I select I am not a current Miway client!

What am I supposed to do?!? I have a rental car for only 10 days. How am I supposed to get to work once I have to return the rental car, and my car still in not fixed? This is shocking. I don't expect Miway to call me every month when my subscription is due. Please, just send the assessor so that the parts can be ordered and the work can start!
