Unauthorised credit check

The bank did an unauthorised credit check on me. I am not an account holder or a client of any of their other services neither have I solicited any of their services. I received a notification alert which advised me that a credit check was done me by Nedbank. I then called the number that appeared on the credit check but I was passed over to their client call centre by a lady name Lisa dispite the fact that I informed them that I was not a client. I was not helped through their call centre because I am not a client. Their personal banking services also passed me back to the same call centre dispite the fact that I advised them that I was not a client.
