I have been trying to obtain assistance from the 29-04-2013 in closing of my Investment (Money trader). I have contacted the Nedbank call centre (Andrea ref:62585172) and they have advised me that I will have to go into a bank to close the investment. I have went to La Lucia Bank and they have advise me that they cannot close the account. I have then called the call centre again (Mercia ref:62599020) and they advised I will need to be @ the bank and they will instruct the agents as to how to go about placing notice to close the investment and deposit funds into my cheque account. I have called Nedbank La Lucia again (Numerous times) and spoke to Chantel & Yolandi but no one is able to assist me. It is extremely disappointing as a client to acknowledge that Nedbank (Where I have all my accounts, Loans, Credit cards, Petrol card etc) has no interest in assisting me. I require most urgent reply or else I will remove my funds and change banks and advise everyone I know how pathetic Nedbank is in client services. This will not be tolerated, Nebank promotes there services alot but not willing to give back their 100%.
