They took me to credit bureau without me knowing

How amazing when you open a credit with this bank they give you the credit without hesitation. But when the is miscommunication with their client, they take you to credit bureau without informing their client. Now I can't buy a house a car because of the R130 one day late payment I did. During May I payed Nedbank R300 only to be called buy a consultant telling me that I was suppose to pay R430. They called me on a Wednesday, and I told them I will pay on Friday. But I payed it on saturday. And I made sure that I go to the bank and find out my installment since I get statements late. Like this month I received for June. On The 01/10/13 I wanted to ask for credit at another intitution. They told me they can't give me and showed me that I'm in Areas with Nedbank with an amount of R130. I went to Nedbank Mall@reds to get help, the call the Collection Department and this Lady tell me they can only remove my Name the after 2 years. I feel that Nedbank is selfish and they don't think for their client. I mean my life is on hold for R130. I'm so disappointed with how they treat their clients. Or Maybe that's how they treat their Black Clients.
