Sometime in march i contacted the nedbank loans department which i do have a reference i spoke to a Bennie, i advised him that i need to change my banking details and as from the 27 march my new account needs to be debited, i specifically asked if it will be in time for them to debit or must i pay it in, i was advised its not to late, come the 27th my account doesnt get debited and i am now at fault and getting sms, call after call. then some one else calls me and i said i am now giving you guys permission to double debit my account on the 26th april, come then my account only gets debited one amount, now i reveice a phone call this morning about my loan acc being in arrears, REALLY!!! whose problem is that? i am sick and tired of nedbank staff not doing there jobs they get paid to do, then i get sms to keep reminding me. this is affecting my credit profile not nedbank staff, when i need to apply for credit then it will affect me. but the money was there why was my account not debited. THIS NEEDS TO BE SORTED OUT I AM TIREDDD.
