I am totally disappointed with the service I received from Nedbank this past week. Both in branch services and online and call centre. Nothing but delayed responses and un completed tasks. Communication from internet call centre telling me I need to sorted this out on my own. The second issue I could not send appropriate docs through to the bank because there lines were down for most of Monday, I intern got someone to drop off these documents, I had to call the bank myself to check on the progress, if they are working on my application or if they needed any more information. With a response that is actually laughable. I am sure Nedbank will not be bothered with this complaint seeing that I am just 1 client that is a middle income earner and even for the fact that I have bank with them since 2008 I get the feeling that Nedbank actually does not care if I bank else were.
