Ive been un-employed ever since September 2012 due to my contract being terminated... Until this year i was not able to pay my monthly payments due on my nedbank credit card, and informed them, they advised me to check with the insurance tha comes along with the credit card, the insurance i had told me they only cover retrenchment and consulted with nedbank but was told theres
nothing they could do and want their money... I called in @the call center trying to atleast get to some kind of agreement to help pay an affordable amount in the meanwhile... I was told i have to pay a minimum of R1000 which was roughly close to the R1500 i had to pay monthly... I still enquired with and reasoned to atleast an affordable minimum while im still un-employed or to pay the interest but was told, its not possible and id be taken to Nedbanks legal team and eventually would be blacklisted, because im a incomeless bad payer!
