MISSING PAYMENT - WHICH I CANNOT REPORT TO ANYONE

I am a Nedbank and also Absa client. On the 25th of Oct 2013 I wanted to transfer R1100.00 from my Nedbank account into my ABSA savings account. And by mistake, I made the transfer into an "Closed Credit card Account" which i used to have with Absa. I still had it as a beneficiary on my Nedbank Profile. Since the account is closed the money was supposed to bounce back to my account and which has not happened. When I phoned Absa card, they said they cannot even pick up that old credit card number and the ONLY THING, I CAN DO IS SEND AN email to [Email Removed] and WAIT... They will come back to me at some point and there is NO WAY TO CONTACT transactional banking in order for them to check their suspence account... Now; what type of help is that?? Why is there NO CONTACT CENTRE TO HELP CLIENT in this regard???.. Very disappointed...
