No Update After Payment

I had a micro loan with Wonga and owed them R2440. I was late with the payment but I have since payed R2760 from the original balance but my statement on their site is still reflecting that I ow them. Every time I call them I am told to pay more money I have made three payments and no update. I sent them two e-mails with my online transfer proof but nobody is getting back to me with my problem. I am now sick of sending e-mails in vain and being told that my payments re there but all i see on my statement is that I have never payed them. How much more am I supposed to pay before I get my name cleared? This micro loan business is not worth it seems I am expected to just keep paying and paying with no reflection of my payments. I am fed up now.
