Wrong notification on my cellphone

I am receiving the notifications of the transactions of someone else on my cellphone. I have reported this on 26 March 2013 and they gave me a reference number (37296491). Nothing happened and I tried several times to find out what is going on but it seems if nobody knows or understands what to do. Please help. I am not an Standardbank client.
