I have made a loan with Wonga and could not keep to my repayment terms. I have tried to make an arrangement for payment with them send 10 000 emails, but they refused to assist me. They then handed me over to Blake Collection agency, and I have made three payments to them. I now requested that they update my ITC records i.r.o the payments made, as well as send me a statement of my account. NO FEEDBACK!!!
