How many times must one phone?

I took a loan from Wonga, and last week Monday the loan was paid back by debit order, I then checked on Friday and I had noticed my account still said that I owed Money, so I contacted Wonga, I was told that I need to pay an extra R41.00 (No one even phoned to tell me). So I went straight online and transfered the money, and emailed the proof of payment. I checked again on Tuesday and my account still showed I owed money, so I gave Wonga a call to see what the delay was. The lady who helped on the phone never asked for my id number or anything, she just said it will be fixed by the end of the day, at 16:30 I decided to send Wonga an email, still no reply. So this afternoon I went back online and my account still says I owe money, what more must I do to get this cleared?
