I have a loan with real people, for the past year i have been making payments via eft with no problem, now that my balance has really gone down all of the sudden they are not receiving my payments, ive called them numerous times sending them proof of payments because i make those payment on time each and every month, till this day they have not credited my account, intotal thats about R2700 that is not reflecting, and this affects my credit record.
real people i have done my part in making sure that i pay my loan, the least you can do is meet me halfway by acknowledging those payments
