Disgusted with bad service from their super consul

I took out a loan in December 2012 and due to circumstances was unable to honor payments in Jan and Feb. I called to make arrangements to get the acoount settled on the 20th March. the consultant told me that an amount of R2730 will be deducted on the 20th which did. I was under the impression that my account was paid up. I went onto the web site and found that i still owed money i than callled their call centre and was informed that i owed R59 to Blake attorneys and this amount stands at R244 which i need to pay. I told the consultant i was not even informed about an outstanding amount and that i was told to nonly pay R2730. she than told me she will get it cancelled and that it will take 24 hours, i caleed again on the 4/4 and to my horror Charles told me that i owed now R264 and that interest was accumalting and it was not money of the attorneys but that i owed Wonga because the system does not update after the time you made arrangements and that you will need to pay up until the system one day will update horrible way to deal with client is to say you will pay until we fix the problem...???
