I made a loan with Wonga, I failed to pay, once I paid the amount into their account on the 26 Aug 13. They keep on sending me emails telling me my account is in arrears, and keeps on adding rent R100 per week! I sent the proof of payments via email.. fax... ect, this morning I get an email, stating they are going to hand me over to attorneys... When I try to phone them.. the number does not work. Wonga's service is very poor regarding payments, contact details, emails and service.
So the account keeps on going with rent, and want to hand me over, but I already paid off my loan.
