I have a loan account with Capitec bank for which is overdue and was handed over to MBD attoneys. I made an arranegment with Mbd to pay an amount of R1000 a month in July last year. I have honored my arrangment and paid as per arrangement.
My pronlem is that, even though I paid every month the amount outstanding is not reducing and I feel this is not right. I pulled my credit report and it shows an amount of R25000 outstanding, but MBD advised that I still owe R27500.00 on the account, but I already paid R10000. So I am not happy with the way this is being handled and at this rate I will never finish paying this account and if thats the case then i will reather stop paying and you guys can go and black list me.
