I have a personal loan with the Nedbank (not one payment missed), they have my debit order date on their system as the 29th of every month and they phone and harass me on the 26/4/2013 in connection with a payment that has not been made/received. Is it my fault they have a later debit order date than originally agreed upon. I have never not paid any of my accounts. I am extremely annoyed with the service customers receive from Nedbank consultants.
