Hi there,

I have lost my Credit Card last year October 2012 and tried to go to the branch to get it and I have been struggling to get a new one since.

First time I wen there I signed and produced the necessary docs and signed the cancellation form and their printer wasn't working to print out the new Credit Card contract and I was told to come back the next day and the same thing happened. I went again a few days later and they told me the lady that helped me wasn't there and had to go and get new statement which costs me money from my bank, bear in mind that this account I pay very well on monthly basis.

I need my credit card ASAP and I don't have any proof of residence, the only thing to identify myself with is my ID book and have no idea how to get a new card since I receive all my mail via a Post BOX.

I'm really desperate in getting a new card, please let me know how to go about getting a new Card without a proof of residence.
