Fury about extremely poor service and inconvenienc

After my cheque card was n? t delivered by courier, I offered to rather pick up my card at the branch. This matter was one of urgency, seeing that the cheque card expired 30 Nov and I am without a working card. I then received an sms stating that my card is ready for collection and that I need to take along proof of ID. It also EXPLICITLY states that only new account holders (which I am not) need to provide proof of address. I then proceeded to queue for 45 minutes during my lunch (which is a problem, seeing that I only get 45min and that I still need to add travel time) I was informed that they could not issue the card without proof of residence.

I would like to know 1) how FNB is going to make up for the CONSIDERABLE inconvenience of being cardless for days and wasting my time and 2) if they are going to remunerate me at my applicable professional rate for the time wasted attempting to have my card reissued? Furthermore: the dearly sought after proof of residence that I have is only valid for another week before I pack up and leave for another province - does it matter?

I am very, very seriously considering moving my account.
