Incorrect information on Credit Report

I purchased furniture on credit in 2010 (August/September) that was financed through African Bank. When signing the documents the consultant that assisted me told me the first installment was only due the follwing year during January.

In December 2010 I received a phone call from an African Bank telling me my account was in arrears with 2 months. After that I made the payments as soon as possible. I HAD A DEBIT ORDER AND THE BANK FAILED TO DEBIT ME FOR THE AMOUNTS.

ALSO I submitted a retrenchement claim last year that was successfully processed. ON MY CREDIT SCORE IT SHOWS THAT I MADE LATE PAYMENTS DURING THE TIME OF THE CLAIM BEING PROCESSED. I have emailed african bank but no reply after about a month.

Also. I believe the arrears on my report should also be taking off for the time during 2010 as it was due to bad customer services and I believe AFRICAN BANK should also be held responsible for the debit order not going off on my account.
