I sent through a complaint the week before last and I was sent an email response by Dipuo Moalusi at African Bank saying that I needed to send through my insurance claim documents AGAIN (I have sent these through countless times since March) and I also received 2 sms's from African Bank to say that I must also fax the documents AGAIN. I sent through my documents via email on and via fax and have still not had any response from anyone at African Bank regarding my insurance claim. I an still unemployed and have now run out of UIF as well and am incredibly frustrated that African bank has not sent through my insurance claim and I have been struggling for 3 months to get them to do it (even after I received a sms from African Bank to say that they did receive the documents in May). In the mean time I was debited in April and again in May (which the first debit was bounced and I have now also incurred bank charges for that). I am deeply out of pocket due to these debit orders and my claim not being processed. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE SORT THIS OUT BEFORE ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER IS BOUNCED OFF MY ACCOUNT!
