Changes payment date without consent

African Bank sent through the following message: Due to salary pay date changes in December your African Bank payments will be debited on 13 Dec 2013.

I only get paid on the last day of the month. African Bank phoned my HR and confirmed this!!

When I phoned them there attitude is: The debit order has already been processed sorry. If I want to claim my bank charges, i can contact them and sent through my bank statements, ID ect... so I have to do all this because they made a mistake. When asked what about my credit profile being affected negatively they answered they would give me an apology letter.

Totally disgusted!! Bad bad service!!
