GREEDY AFRICAN BANK

This has now been the 2nd year that i have had the same problem with African Bank debiting my account at the wrong time.

I have an agreement with African Bank that they can debit my account on the 29th of each month for my Credit card. The debit order for November went off, and on on the 2nd December they tried to Debit my account again, just because it is December and they assume that everyone is getting paid earlier.
I got penalised by my bank for an amount of R115.00 for a failed debit order. African Bank will reimburse me for this amount!!!

I called the call centre (card Division) and the guy who answered was absolute useless, his answer was just OH OK, Oh OK. No help at all.

Last year they took 3 payments from my account, but only one reflected. It was an endless battle to get it resolved at the Game City branch... And now they are trying the same stunt!

AFRICAN BANK Stop being so greedy when it comes to December payments!
