I have a loan and credit card with African bank. In October 2012 i have applied for restructuring of my monthly installment seeing that my spouse got retrenched. Till today, 25 April 2013 i have never received any feedback. All i receive is sms to say resubmit paperwork. I have sent paperwork through numerous times and still no feedback. Will never recomend anyone to go to African bank.
