African bank, i have a loan with you which is ending September 2014 and paying R1234 installment. I visited one of your branches at Mafikeng in North West Province to ask if African Bank will allow me to do a restructuring to reduce my installment to maybe half of the payments due to the financial challenges I am facing, but the consultant told me that it is not advisable to do that because the request to do such take forever and requires allot of documentation. Please advice me as I would still like to do it in spite of being being discouraged by your consultant. I am really struggling with the current installment. Please help me.
