NOT BEING ABLE TO DO A STOP PAYMENT

I have been a huge dispute with my the cellfone company that i had and the fone got lost and i was out of a jb for sometime, the cell fone company kept deducting my money without My corcened after disputing my issues with them and i would do reversals sucesefully at capitec . my problem began when i was i received money from nampack my child's money for suuport today, and the company deducted again twice this month 700. i coulnd sleep nor understood what was going on, went to the bank this morning and i was assited by a girl that told they dont do reversals anymore just like that. its my money why cant they do a stop payment, they fone the place that took the money and ask them if they must do the reversal WHAT THE HELLL IS THAT thats non of they business, WHAT EVER I DECIDE TO DO WITH MY MONEY SHOULD BE MY CONCERNED WHY IS CAPITEC WANTING TO OWN MY LIFE, WHY DID THEY COME UP WITH THIS STUPID RULE OUT OF THIN AIR THAT I NEVER KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT, NEVER SIGN OR AGGREED TO IT, MONEY BACK SO THAT I CAN TAKE MY CHILD TO CHRECH.
