On 19 April 2013 I completed an online loan application on African Bank's website, in terms of which I was approved. I visited the Brooklyn branch and signed the relevant documents and was told that the money would be paid out in 24 hours. It is now the 24th and I have not received anything even though I have signed the contracts. I' have sent an email to the customer services with no response as yet. I'd like to receive feedback in this regard, as the contracts have already been signed, but African Bank has not yet performed.
