We made an application for pre- approval of a bond at the Walmer branch in P.E. After 4 weeks I phoned up the Home Loans office in Cape Town and found out that the application had been deleted two weeks previously because the forms filled in by the lady consultant were not done correctly. WHY? WHY? don't they inform the customer that the application has been [URL Removed] is so easy and fast nowadays with internet and cell phones. Even if you decline my loan surely it is only good manners to communicate the situation. My second complaint. I wanted to increase my monthly bond payment at enquiries which I have done several times before. No! she says you have to sit for three hours and wait for a consultant. WHY?
