FNB Bond Application - No service

Hi, applied for FNB home loan a few weeks ago. Did a complete application with Rhode Steinman (FNB Home Loans). But for the last 2 weeks she has been ignoring my phone calls, e-mails and sms messages. Left message at her branch, all to no avail. The call center also unable to help, can't find details of my application.

Left messages every second day for the last two weeks. This is not the service I am used to or expecting from FNB. At this stage I have no other choice as to move everything over to another bank that will be willing to help me with my bond application, as I still not know the outcome.

Can someone please sort this out urgently?
